Our pastors are definitely sent from God. They are always encouraging understanding and helpful in everything they do. They are the most selfless people.

He has been a great pastor. Help everyone in need, no matter if is to pray, visit, give, or just being there for them. We appreciate our pastor not because he is the leader of our church, but because of the example he teaches us, because of who he is and the love he gives us.

Thank you for taking time to answer lots of questions from people seeking to become members at Northwood. Also, thank you for always being welcoming to everyone and taking the time to ask how they are doing. Your wisdom and knowledge of the Bible are very appreciated.

Pastor Tim is genuine and down to earth. He has a good sense of humor and is a joy to listen to each Sunday. His sermon lessons are never boring. Like he says, if we miss a Sunday, we miss a lot. I am truly grateful I found Journey North and Pastor Tim.

You are amazing. I love you and your family. You have done so much for my family and we appreciate all your kindness and love towards us and to the other members of congregation, everyone really. Thank you for all you do for the church and for us. We love you!

Everyone says they have the best Pastor but we really do!  He is always willing to help everyone! Our church has a school and he does so much for our youth! We take lunch from our public school out to our school at least once a week. He has a season pass to our public school to watch sports and show the youth he is interested in them other than just at church or our day school. He tells his members to call him anytime and he means anytime we need him. His wife is involved as well and teaches piano lessons. They have 5 kids and the youngest just started college this year and is at MLC. We are so very blessed to have Pastor Robbert come to us two years ago! I pray our members in our church and school pray for the Robbert family as much as they pray for all of us.

Stina came to our congregation at a time when we needed some fresh energy.  She jumped right in and got a campaign to raise money to redo our kitchen to make it a professional kitchen which will help  us serve our community better.  On Wednesday nights before confirmation classes, meetings and choir practice begin we now have volunteers to prepare meals for everyone, including community neighbors.   She also helped get funds to upgrade our sanctuary sound system and the one used in our Fellowship Hall. She is fun to be with, and extremely kind.  She is open to new ideas and helps facilitate research on them.  She lives in the present and when talking to her, I know she is right with me.  God has placed her right in our midst when our need was great.  I feel so blessed to know her and have her as my spiritual leader.

Pastor Rich, I am grateful the LORD has brought you to our church family.  We have flourished and grown in our faith.  Thank you, for all you do, your sermons, listening and praying, giving encouragement, shepherding us. I am blessed. -Mary Hogetvedt

Our pastor is also a pastor at 2 other churches. He just exudes grace and love! He speaks of Jesus wherever he goes and loves talking with people about Jesus. He goes to a bunch of different nursing homes throughout the week and sings and talks with the residents. We just pray all the time for protection and energy for Pastor Jon! We love him!
