Roy Fruits

Our family is so thankful for the fearless leadership of our church’s pastor, Roy Fruits. He is a gift to our congregation. I first met Roy in 2007 and was immediately impressed with his passion for the Bible and his preaching of the Gospel. When my boyfriend and I became engaged, he was one of the first people I talked to. He officiated our wedding ceremony beautifully in 2011. As newlyweds, we looked for a new church to call home, but very quickly found ourselves back at Rockpoint. Our biggest reason to return was the preaching of Roy Fruits. His message on baptism drew us closer to the Lord and we decided to be baptized in 2013. Guess who was the one doing our baptisms? Roy Fruits. I will never forget his words, Raised to new life in Christ! The messages we hear each Sunday continue to inspire and encourage us, I am amazed at the Biblical teachings we hear. Ten years after my husband and I were baptized, we were blessed to witness our two children be baptized by our very own Roy Fruits. He perseveres in sharing the Gospel, calling us to witness to our friends and teaching the Bible with authority. I am truly thankful for these many years of leadership Roy has served. Jesus has blessed him greatly with the gifts he has. Roy Fruits is a man of strength and wisdom. Thank the Lord for our faithful pastor!

Kevin Woestehoff

Hello, I wanted to recognize Kevin Woestehoff, Ben Eisele, and Kristen Eisele as the Pastor’s at Farmington Lutheran Church.  The work and effort that they put into the church and the community is amazing and life changing! I have been a Christian my entire life and have attended many different churches.  I joined Farmington Lutheran Church about a year ago and I have never felt so welcomed and now at home in a church.  Every time I attend a worship service these Pastor’s seem to be speaking directly to me, and I am truly amazed with how personal the messages are they include in their sermons.   I can personally say that I have seen dozens of family and friends who have attended a service with me at FLC and have indicated how amazing and inspiring the service and message was.  Many of them have began attending services at FLC regularly and some have become members as I know they feel as at home and inspired as I did when being introduced to this amazing group of Pastor’s. Our community has experienced recent tragedy as many other communities have.  The continued support and healing that FLC has provided for so many is truly life changing.  I speak as a grieving parent in saying that this church and staff has truly been a blessing from God for the community and especially the kids as we all learn to heal and lean on each other for support. I know these words don’t do justice to what this church and staff has done and means to the community of Farmington.  I however wanted to offer this small token of thanks to help ensure they all understand what they mean to us. Trust God even when it’s hard.  (Madden McKean)

Ben Romportl

I am nominating & showing appreciation for my church’s Youth Pastor Ben. Ministering to youth is one of the most challenging places to be. Ben makes it look easy though. He cares for, relates, builds relationships, mentors, and reaches the teens in our youth group. He is a joyful, peaceful, strong man of God and he is leading so many teens to the peace, love and joy of God. He reaches a new level of caring for the teens in his youth group and is an amazing leader. He has created a safe place for the kids, as well as the youth leaders on the team. I could not be more grateful for Ben and the impact he has on every person he talks with.

Chuck Pruett

As I reflect on the incredible journey of faith I have embarked on since I began attending New Life Church almost 19 years ago, it is impossible not to be overwhelmed with gratitude for Pastor Chuck Pruett’s selfless servant leadership. His unwavering dedication to leading our church with intentionality, prayer, and love has been truly inspirational for all of us. For over 25 years, he has been the steady hand guiding our congregation towards a shared purpose of Kingdom building. His vision for ministering to children and families has empowered our gifted and talented pastoral team, and his nurturing spirit has helped us become better shepherds to our church family. Under Pastor Chuck’s guidance, we have witnessed the beautiful transformation of our church, watching it grow steadily year after year. Children have grown up at New Life Church, have gone off to college, and have been called back to this church to raise their own families here. In some cases, children later return as adults to serve as pastors. Pastor Chuck’s emphasis on fostering unity and community has brought us closer together, and his encouragement to join small groups and get involved has allowed us to connect on a deeper level. However, it’s not just his leadership skills that make Pastor Chuck exceptional. It’s also his warmth, his humor, and the perpetual smile that graces his face. We all appreciate those casual jokes he likes to throw into both his sermons and his conversations. However, all jokes aside, Pastor Chuck is a true encourager, lifting us up when we need it most. Pastor Chuck’s ability to build up his team, even in the face of challenges, is a testament to his character and faith. What is truly remarkable is that Pastor Chuck’s dedication to the church extends beyond the sanctuary. His family (including all of his children and grandchildren), follow in his footsteps, having served alongside him with the same zeal and devotion. This is a testament to the love they all have for Jesus and the people of our church. Pastor Chuck is not just a leader; he is a man of God. His impact goes far beyond the walls of our church, and his legacy will continue to inspire generations to come. We are profoundly thankful for his leadership, his wisdom, and his heart. In this journey of faith, we have been truly blessed to have Pastor Chuck Pruett as our pastor. We thank him for everything he has done, and may God continue to bless him abundantly as he continues to prayerfully lead us on this incredible path. With deep appreciation and heartfelt gratitude, Stacey P., and the entire congregation

Jonathan and Joanne Brozozog

I would like to show my love and appreciation for my pastors: Jonathan and Joanne Brozozog at Creative Church. I have been attending since 2018 and have seen the Lord move in mighty ways. Their heart to serve is evident through the outreach and volunteer opportunities in the community. I recently volunteered at the Young and Creative youth conference. It was life changing to see so many young people worshiping God well before the service began. The Holy Spirit was truly present.  I had never heard of a pastor volunteering to be my pastor, to feed my faith and starve my fears.  This year is Creative’s 20th anniversary. This would be a wonderful way to celebrate them. Did I mention they have eight kids, including a set of twins? Every member of Creative Church (myself included) is beyond blessed to have Pastors Jonathan and Joanne in our lives. We love you and are so glad to be a part of the body of Christ with you.
