Pop-worship group Presence Music and clean Comedian Daren Streblow are performing a Double Billing Event at the Music Factory!
About this event

Presence Music will be opening the show with an acoustic set. They are a faith-filled pop-worship group also from the Duluth, Minnesota Area. They are co-lead by industry veteran Jesse Paul Smith, who has worked with Justin Timberlake, Rihanna, and Channing Tatum. He has released an album produced by Cole Walowac of Capital Kings, and performed on stages nationally and internationally for over fifteen years. Presence Music was formed when co-lead vocalists Brandon and Leah Monson joined with to help believers find more hope and joy in God’s presence. As a group, they have provided direct support national Christian acts such as Stars Go Dim, Ben Fuller, Remedy Drive, I Am They, Disciple, Cory Asbury and “The Voice” Winner Jordan Smith. You will also find them routinely leading worship and speaking at large Christian camps, music festivals, and retreats all over the Midwest. Their mission as a band is to make it really hard to miss out on Jesus at any event they lead.
Daren Streblow’s unique style of observational stand-up comedy has been entertaining hundreds-of-thousands of people throughout the United States and around the world since he first stepped on the stage in 1995. Daren headlines churches, fundraisers, corporate functions, and colleges all over North America. He’s a “humor opportunist” who is always looking for the comical side of life and how people live it. He takes topics that everyone can relate to and filters them through his unique lens where connecting A to B leads to a letter in the Greek alphabet or maybe salad dressing.
With an offbeat style that has earned him the title “The King of Uncool,” Daren’s demeanor carries an audience along at an easy pace, and often take people by surprise with the intensity of their own laughter. He works hard to craft his humor in well-oiled routines that works magic with the audience and creates a solid connection with them, often catering to their specific age, profession, or background. Added to his love for stories, comical facial-expression, and wild antics, you have a presentation that is both sophisticated and wacky, whimsical and thoughtful, and just plain fun to behold.
Tickets are $25.00 in advance and $30.00 at the door. Seating is general admission and doors open at 6:30 PM. Concessions will be available for sale during the concert.
The Music Factory is located on the 2nd floor of a non-handicap accessible building and there are some stairs to climb.
