God uses unlikely people in unlikely ways. I was the girl in college who, when learning of the freedom and forgiveness Jesus wanted to bring into my life, was so grateful yet so equally nervous at the thought of telling others. To have that be part of my job reminds me that God has a sense of humor! As does the fact that I have two Pugs, Mike and Ike, who are wild and crazy and super cute. Outside of chatting with you and listening to great music on KTIS during the day, I look forward to exploring all that the Twin Cities has to offer!

I’m a dad of two boys and one princess, and as I try to figure out this parenting thing along with you, I’ll share the ups and downs of it all so we can get through it together! When I’m not on the air, you can find me at your local bowling alley playing the pinball machine in the arcade (If you ever see the initials “AY” on the high score list, that’s me!), at Wild Mountain on my snowboard, or camping at a State Park with my incredible wife! My whole purpose is to put some good in your afternoon, with uplifting songs, stories, and reminders that God loves you!

I am married to Phil who is my person, my love, I’m a mom to two beautiful adult kids, Johanna and Jordan, and bonus mom to two bonus sons, Truett and Reid. Favorite food: That’s easy: chocolate!! Also, chips and salsa (fresh salsa with cilantro), Mexican food, cookout food, my husband Phil is a GREAT cook and spoils me…AND THEN THERE’S THE GYM! Favorite Bible verse: I have two… Proverbs 3:5-6 “Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding…” and Jeremiah 29:11-14 “For I know the plans I have for you…”

It’s the best job to sit near my disco ball, play music about Jesus, and hang out with you overnight! I used to play “radio DJ” when I was a kid, and now I get to do it in real life. I love being a mom and hanging out with my little gals, Ruby and Remy. When I’m not working, I’m dilly-dallying around trying to find beauty and fun, drinking iced coffee, and cutting flowers from my flower patch.

I enjoy being your trusted friend on the KTIS Morning Show! Whether it’s our weekly “I believe” statements, our “sing-offs”, or just listening to your encouraging life stories, I enjoy the time we get to spend together. Since starting in radio at Z100 in New York, I feel this is where God has called me. He is doing incredible things at KTIS, and I can’t wait for what’s ahead. If you’ve listened, you’ve probably heard my wife Sue, or my four sons; Daniel, Matthew, David and TJ. Together, along with 2 black labs, we enjoy spending time up north portaging to remote lakes looking for bass, pike, or the elusive musky. There is no better place on earth than Minnesota in mid to late August; floating on a lake in a canoe with a paddle, a fishing pole and a surprise “hit” on your top water lure. This is God’s country! I write a blog called “Stories of Hope.” Here’s where to read it.
Pam Lundell
The best part of being on 98.5 KTIS is the trust that you place in me when sharing life’s pain and triumphs on and off the air. KTIS is truly making a difference in the lives of our listeners and it’s an honor to be a part of that every day. I was born and raised in the Twin Cities and when my husband John died in 2005 I had no idea what God had in store when he led me to KTIS. I now serve on the board of directors for a non-profit called Widow Might, and have a ringside seat to God’s miracles each morning. I am a 2021 inductee of the Minnesota Broadcasting Hall of Fame after more than 30 years in Twin Cities radio. You may also recognize my voice on a variety of voiceover projects locally and nationally.

I love laughing together every day on the morning show with you, and spending time with you on the weekend early in the morning! I’ve lived in Minnesota my whole life, and absolutely love to enjoy God’s creation, whether that’s on the lake or a hike in the woods.

I was born in Luverne, Minnesota, and grew up in Mankato, Minnesota. My wife, Jeanne, and I are blessed with three sons, three wonderful daughters-in-law, and seven grandchildren. From as far back as I can remember, I have always wanted to be in radio. My first job was at KEEZ in Mankato while I was a junior at Mankato East High School. It is a blessing to be part of this radio ministry! I love to connect and observe life with an encouraging, positive, and hopeful attitude. And … I have never met a meatloaf I didn’t love!

I am so glad we get to be friends! I look forward to talking about real life and real hope each and every night with you. Maybe you are a little like me and feel as though your life’s pace is seemingly set at 100 MPH. I’m a mom to three daughters, a wife, a full-time employee, friend, daughter, volunteer, and more. Whew! It makes for a crazy yet fulfilling life and definitely gives me LOTS to chat about. I do have a confirmed case of Wanderlust, with 11 countries under my belt and counting, but my heart is always found at home. I’m thankful for many things in life, like the strength and grace that God gives us and that He created coffee. I look forward to learning about each other as we go through this journey of life together!

I am a mom, speaker, and blogger who felt God’s calling to attend seminary. I am incredibly thankful for a platform to share life and God’s Word! Born and raised in Minnesota, one of my favorite things to do is laugh and commiserate on all things Midwest. My heart is to share life with you and build a community that encourages one another in God’s love, truth, and the joy of Jesus!

I love Jesus! I love telling you how much Jesus loves you, cares about you and has a purpose for your life. You’ll probably always hear me whistling or singing a song I just heard on 98.5 KTIS. It’s my HOPE button, too! My passion is to remind you that you are never too (fill-in-the-blank) for God to use you in the most amazing way. I also find joy in family. I’m married to Karin, and we have a daughter we adore and a bulldog that keeps us on our toes.

I am a talk show host, national speaker, and author of sixteen books and many articles. In both 2016 and 2017 I was nominated and voted into the top ten groups for the National John Maxwell Leadership Award. I have been married to my dear husband, Kevin, since 1985 and together we have three wonderful sons, three beautiful daughters-in-law, two amazing grandchildren, and one adorable pit bull named Memphis. During the hour, I will share a devotion, talk about faith and encourage you as you end your weekend. Join me for a time of hope, devotion, and growing deeper in your faith.
