My three year old, Quinn, has recently taking a liking to singing and it is one of the most spectacular things to witness. She’s a big fan of Anne Wilson and frequently requests, ‘My Jesus’, as ‘her song’.
Yesterday, my daughter was riding in the car with me on our way home from Target and we are always listening to KTIS. I have never quite thought about the influence it has on her, but between songs, she started singing ‘KTIS’ as in your radio introduction theme. It has been her favorite tune of the last two days and I will catch her while she’s playing just singing, ‘KTIS’.
It just goes to show that children are listening even when we might not think that they are. I’m thankful to your radio station for being such a positive influence in our lives.
