Pastor Daniel Gao has been serving West Metro Chinese Church (WMCC) tirelessly since he accepted God’s calling and relocated to the Twin Cities in 2018, shortly after WMCC became an independent church after a decade of church planting. As a young pastor, he has lead the church grow, both in size and spiritually. Now, we even have our own church building, thanks to Pastor Gao’s leadership. I hope he and his family can enjoy the much deserved Sabbatical leave to restore his health. A weekend getaway would be a nice addition to that.
Pastor Jeremy, along with Pastor Sam and Pastor Gabby, wrote a book for our church called “On the Way” to learn about what it means to follow Jesus. They encouraged everyone in our church to try a short-term small group to form communities – which the Bible encourages and Jesus started with his disciples . For the first time in our lives, my husband and I joined one of these groups and are loving it! I’m so appreciative of Pastor Jeremy and his team at Shepherd for their hard work, encouragement and spurring us on in our faith journey.
Pastor Austin is so very personable and caring, He’s been so supportive especially past two years since my 56yr. Old son that i lived with passed away. His messages are so real and inspiring from the Bible since I didn’t grow up learning about the Bible in my former church.. He even came over to help snow blow when got 15″ of snow.
