Do you ever feel like you are overeating?

Well, if you can slow down and maybe just chew a little longer, your brain will have time to register that you are full, and let you know to stop.

It takes your brain about 20 minutes to let you know that you are full, so the more you can slow down, the less chance that you will overeat.

In my house, having three kids sometimes helps me slow down because as soon as they are served and I sit down to eat, someone needs more milk, or someone has spilled, or the spill is now all over the floor, and so it goes!

If you don’t have the “three-child slow-down system” that I have, you can still Level Up Your Life by simply taking more time to eat your meals!
