There is never a “right” time for something in your house to need a repair, but whoever shows up to perform the repair can make all the difference in the world!
Jessica was home with her three-year-old son and two-year-old daughter, while her husband was at work, when the internet went down. She was overwhelmed as her son was giving her a very hard time that day.
Enter cable technician, Rob. When Jessica answered the door, her son, Sailor, scooted out and put his arms up for Rob to lift him up. Before Jessica could grab Sailor and get him out of Rob’s way, Rob had scooped Sailor up into his arms and continued that way throughout all of his repair work, just rocking and comforting him – for the entire 45 minutes!
Jessica couldn’t believe it! She put her extra time to good use and folded all the laundry and cleaned the dishes!
Rob probably has a customer for life as Jessica said, “Rob went beyond customer service. What he did was humanity at its best!”.
