When Keith Owens was diagnosed with a terminal cancer he put a lot of thought into what he wanted his legacy to be.
Keith was a millionaire, and wanted to pour his financial prosperity into something meaningful.
Keith determined that he wanted to leave a legacy of beauty. And to him, that could be found in the spring blooming of Daffodils – a vibrant yellow flower that will bloom every spring!
In the spring, after Keith passed away, hundreds of thousands of Daffodils bloomed all around his little town in England. Keith left his fortune to plant millions of bulbs and bring beauty to his town.
Keith’s idea of beauty goes beyond the Daffodils. Now, every fall, the entire community comes together to plant hundreds of thousands more bulbs.
The true beauty is the community!
