There’s something magical about biting into a shortbread cookie as it dissolves in your mouth.
My coworker (and former co-host!) Pam says that they are her favorite to dunk into coffee. These would absorb plenty of milk as well (or hot cocoa!)
Be careful not to burn them, as I, and this may not surprise you at this point, did it to this recipe as well.
Also, don’t be afraid to add a little more butter! Doesn’t more butter make everything a little more magical?
