James 1:17 is one of my favorite Bible verses because it reminds me of Christmas!

“Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.” 

What a beautiful verse and a beautiful promise that God will provide you daily with everything you need including the beautiful starlight at night. My husband surprised me this year by hanging multi-colored twinkling lights all around the front of our house. They shine so bright in the darkness just like His light.
