Levi Lusko is a name you see on the cover of books and at conferences. He’s a pastor, husband, and father to three girls and a boy. It used to be four girls and a boy. But at age 5, his little girl Lenya had a severe asthma attack while the family was wrapping Christmas gifts and died in her daddy’s arms before the ambulance got there. Levi went on to write a book about that experience “Through the Eyes of a Lion.” And now, in an effort to help other kids bring out the lion inside of them, he wrote “Roar Like a Lion: 90 Devotions to a Courageous Faith.” Levi talks with me about how he got through the most excruciating time in his life and what he hopes kids who read this book will take away from it.
