It happens to most of us. Hunched up in front of a computers and phones for long periods of time can cause a lot of problems for your shoulders, neck, back and more. Recently mine was so bad I was at the chiropractor for two weeks and splurged on a couple directed massages. It helped, but I think adding these stretches on a daily basis will help a lot and it only takes 5 minutes.

I’ve tried these the last couple days and they seem to really make a difference. They’re also good anytime you’re feeling a little sore and tensed up!
