Old habits are hard to break, and that includes complaining! It can become a habit and you don’t even know you’re doing it. Experts say if you complain 30 minutes a day it can actually hurt your brain. The good news is that you can UNDO the negative effects of complaining and turn them into positive vibes.     The Living Stones Quartet are from India. They’re a Christian vocal group. Awesome voices and awesome truth in their music. I can only imagine how difficult it must be there, and yet their music is sweet. Would love to hear them on 98.5.
