To-Do lists are great, but they can also be overwhelming when it seems like they never get shorter!  Plus, if your list looks like mine, there are a few things that have been on there for weeks, and I just keep skipping over simple things because I just don’t want to do them.

Here’s a tip that should shorten your list and help you get things done. Follow the 2 Minute rule:

If the next action can be done in two minutes or less, do it now. […] if doing a task will take less time than processing it, organizing it in your lists and tracking it timely, it is much more efficient to do it the first time it is in your hands.

This way, we can get rid of those little nagging chores that have been clogging up our to-do list and space in our brain!
