One young lady in Minneapolis got creative with her heritage and instead of a lemonade stand she held a LEFSE stand!  Olga Schierkolk spent Tuesday afternoon selling the Norwegian flatbread outside of her north Minneapolis home and told Kare11 “We have lefse for Christmas and we just wanted to sell it for the neighbors so they could enjoy it too,”

Olga charged 50-cents if you’ve had it before. Twenty-five if you were new to the pastry.
