Twin Cities chef Rob Barrett has so many creative and fun recipes to create with your family and we love when he shares them with us each Wednesday morning. This week it’s a delicious “Easy Egg Roll” ….literally a rolled up egg with all your favorite toppings. The recipe and instructions are in this fun video. Happy Cooking!

Crispy Breakfast Egg Rolls
Try these for a fast and fun breakfast
In a small bowl mix 1 tablespoon flour with 2 tablespoons cold water. Stir until combined.
Add 2 eggs, 1 spoonful sugar, a pinch of salt, and couple drops of soy sauce. Stir until its combined.
Over medium heat lightly butter a non0stick pan and pour out a small amount of the egg mixture. Twirl the egg around until it is one layer. Cook for 30 seconds.
Once the edges of the egg star to pull away from the pan, gently slide your spatula under and flip it over.
Cook for another 30 seconds.
Flip over and cook for 15 seconds moving around any air bubble that may appear. (They are a good thing.)
Flip over again, sprinkle with a little shredded cheese and bacon bits, making sure to get some of the cheese on the pan so it crisps up.
Remove, place on plate and roll up, starting at one end and wrapping tightly.
Enjoy, you’ve cooked well.
