Top ways to Lose weight during the day:

Do 20 minutes of Cardio each morning.

Eat Breakfast

Have a healthy lunch

take a nap between 2-3pm

For best results, workout at the gym between 4p-8p

Eat dinner before 7pm

And turn off the tv at 9pm..have a light snack ..yogurt… at 9:30pm

Hit the pillow at 10:30pm…and have a good night sleep!
