Life-changing impact

At Feed My Starving Children (FMSC), everyone has the potential to make a life-changing impact. Volunteers ages 5 and up are welcome in the FMSC packing room to help send meals to hungry kids and families around the world.

Every year, millions of children die from preventable causes such as pneumonia, diarrhea, malaria and undernutrition. Hunger is still causing nearly half the deaths in children under 5 years old. From this data, it is estimated at least 6,200 children die each day from causes related to undernutrition. This is heartbreaking.

Every child whole in body and spirit

As a Christian nonprofit, Feed My Starving Children is dedicated to seeing every child whole in body and spirit. FMSC meals are developed by food science and nutrition professionals to supplement nutritional needs and reduce problems with malnutrition.

These meals are packed primarily by volunteers, then sent to a network of partner organizations that stay with communities for the long haul, empowering them to move from relief to development.

Since our founding in 1987, FMSC has shipped over 4 billion meals to more than 100 countries.

FMSC MARKETPLACE™

FMSC MarketPlace believes in the power of dignified and sustainable employment. Every purchase directly supports artisans in communities that receive FMSC food. Artisans earn a fair wage for their handcrafted goods, and retail profits fund more meals for kids around the world.

In the 2022–23 fiscal year, FMSC MarketPlace supported 1,809 local artisans, and retail sales provided more than 5 million meals to families around the world. Learn more at fmscmarketplace.org

Frances and Rose

When twins Frances and Rose were just babies, their mother thought she was going to lose them to starvation. A neighbor in their Ugandan village told her about a powerful medicine she’d seen treat malnutrition. That medicine? MannaPack meals from Feed My Starving Children. Now, Frances and Rose are thriving, active kids — thanks to the grace of God and the meals hand-packed by volunteers at Feed My Starving Children packing sites.
