Divorce Care (Emmaus Church, Northfield, MN)

6:30 PM - 9:00 PM

You don’t have to go through it alone Most people will tell you that separation and divorce are the most painful and stressful experiences they’ve ever faced. It’s a confusing time when you feel isolated and have lots of questions about issues you’ve never faced before. DivorceCare groups meet weekly to help you face these challenges and move toward rebuilding your life. Each session has two distinct elements: A Seminar with Experts During the first 30–40 minutes of the meeting, each DivorceCare group watches a video seminar featuring top experts on divorce and recovery subjects. These videos are produced in an interesting-to-watch television magazine format featuring expert interviews, real-life case studies and on-location video. A Support Group with Focus After viewing the video, DivorceCare group participants spend time as a support group, discussing what was presented in that week’s video seminar and what is going on in the lives of group members.

Faith Based 12 Step Group

6:30 PM - 9:00 PM

Hey there! I want to share a Faith Based 12 Step Group a few of us started at 561 Edmund Ave., St. Paul on Wednesday’s at 6:30pm. We start off with a Fellowship Dinner where we just hang out and get to know one another. I believe healthy relationships are key to building a network that is going to encourage and challenge us when we need accountability and support. Then we have time for worship where we just relax and enjoy some good music and let the worries of the day and week just fall off of us. Then we have either a Biblical teaching that is recovery and 12 Step focused or a testimony. We then break down into separate Men’s and Women’s Small Groups where we talk about how we relate to the message given, how our week has been, any troubles or issues we have had, but always keeping an emphasis on the solution. Sunday School with curriculum is available for the kids as well. So if you are looking for an additional recovery meeting or looking for a home group come check us out, it’s called Crown of Life Recovery. My name is Mack and my number is 320-309-3863 if you are interested or email. God Bless You! http://holeinthree.wixsite.com/crownoflife/visit-us
