Coach Wendie Pett starts off your week on the KTIS Morning Show with great encouragement to be the best you ever. Here’s what she has for you this week:

“It’s the most perfect time of the year….to be busy, overwhelmed, exhausted, and frazzled. But, that’s not how you really want this month to go, is it?

Imagine being more present, less stressed, full of energy, and savoring every wonderful moment that this celebration month has to offer. Can you picture it?

If not, let me give you a few simple tips to make that vision a reality.

  1. First, Prepare your meals for the week ahead of time so you won’t be stressed when last minute activities and errands show up.
  2. Take 30 – minutes that is – just for you! Every day to go for a walk. This will ease stress and kick up those “happy hormones.”
  3. Be disciplined as much as possible and get to bed at a decent hour. You need your rest. People tend to get ill this month simply because they are exhausted and have run their immune system down.
  4. Finally, begin AND end the day with gratitudes. It will help keep things in perspective and remind you of how blessed you truly are.”
