Here’s a great way to take control of your health even with the sobering statistics just released from the Centers for Disease Control. The CDC says a third of Americans has prediabetes, and 90-percent don’t even know it. Prediabetes is a condition that shouldn’t be taken lightly.  Long-term health risks include development of full-blown diabetes. People with prediabetes are on the road to develop type 2 diabetes and are also at increased risk for serious health problems such as stroke and heart disease. With a little exercise and a change in diet prediabetes often can be reversed.
